Doctor's Appointments

Appointments minimise waiting and allow the Doctor sufficient time to deal with your problem.

Extended Appointments

If you think you may need a longer appointment, please arrange this with our reception staff or discuss this with your Doctor. Those with unexpected problems and no appointment will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Family Appointments

If necessary, we’re happy to see more than one family member. However, we do ask that you please book an appointment for each person.

Cancellations

Please cancel your appointment if you can’t attend, as this will free up your appointment for somebody else. Of course, emergencies will be attended to as soon as possible.

We do ask that you notify our staff, when phoning, if your situation is of an important or urgent matter so that we can attend to you as quickly as possible.
